Rebecca Barrington was born and raised in Ontario and moved to Cape Breton in 2012.She has been an entrepreneur for most of her life and after selling her last business, The PlayPalace, she completed her MBA at CBU shortly before joining the team at MK as a ResearchCoordinator for the Recognition of Prior Learning project.She currently lives in Whitney Pier with her son Case, her dog Bullet and her cat Lego. They enjoy hiking, swimming and exploring the island every chance that we get. She has a horse named Goose that she rides most days and she also coaches horseback riding at Dream Stables on weekends.
