Learning through Workshops to Revitalize, Reclaim and Maintain Mi'kmaw Language

This year was amazing for our community and the membership as far as opportunities go. The language classes found a teacher with a higher capacity. Drum making really brought our families together to complete a project together and learn about our culture. The people who made a ribbon skirt/shirt were able to wear them to the first ever in community Mawiomi which was an amazing event. Well over 250 people attended and had a grand time.
