Travelling Nitap Day with ABMHS student committee
This outreach program connects ABMHS students with non-Indigenous Grade 6 classes across the province to share Mi’kmaw culture. Through storytelling, the Seven Sacred Teachings, traditional crafts, and waltes, a traditional Mi’kmaw game, students inspire younger learners while building confidence and leadership.
June is grad month and Eskasoni has so many grads to celebrate! From the youngest little ones moving on from Daycare to K4, K4 to Primary, ESK Immersion to grade 5 at EEMS, Grade 8 to ABMHS and finally ABMHS grads to post secondary or their careers of choice. We are so proud of each and every one of them!
