Elementary Tech Integration was busy this month. They had Seesaw PD on Integrating Seesaw in the Classroom, as well as Powerful Numeracy Strategies that was also supported by Kyla Bernard our Elementary Math Consultant. Brian Buffington made a return virtually with PD on Empowering Students Through Technology which was a huge success. Both Kim and James provided PD to Mi'kmaq Language teachers over two evenings on several topics they requested. The Elementary Technology Integration Lead Team worked to create Culturally Relevant activities for Seesaw which are now available for all MK teachers who use Seesaw. A subscription to RazPlus was purchased for all P-4 teachers and login information was emailed out. If teachers are having issues signing in they can contact Kim at kim@kinu.ca.
