In early January, youth from across the province came together for the Red Road Youth Gathering. This gathering provided a welcoming and supportive space for youth ages 15–29 to connect and learn together.
Throughout the event, participants learned from Elders and Knowledge Keepers, took part in cultural workshops, and shared teachings rooted in community, identity, and wellness. The gathering also created opportunities for youth to have fun, build friendships, and support one another in a positive, drug- and alcohol-free environment.
The Red Road Youth Gathering was a meaningful reminder of the strength of our youth and the importance of creating spaces where culture, connection, and wellness come together.
